A1: To return a product, please email us at customerservice@eternallifechristianbooks.com.com with the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
A2: Requests for returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in unopened condition.
A3: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and must arrange their own shipping for returns.
A4: Once your return is accepted, you can choose a refund to your payment method or in-store credit. We will notify you via email once this is processed.
A5: Yes, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for products in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. Please email us the details of the exchange. Note that all exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
A6: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately with the item name and reason. We will provide a prepaid label for the return if required and replace or refund the item.
A7: DVDs and Blu-rays are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or if the shrink-wrap is removed.
A8: We ship orders from Monday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, weekends, and holidays.
A9: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
A10: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after the order payment has been processed.
A11: If an item is out of stock, we'll dispatch the available products and contact you to decide if you prefer to wait for the item to restock or process a refund.
A12: If your delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please email customerservice@eternallifechristianbooks.com so we can investigate.
A13: If a parcel is damaged in transit, reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, contact customer service for next steps.
A14: Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited, changed, or cancelled once it has been dispatched.
A14: When checking out, you will see a place to leave comments regarding your order. For the time being, we cannot fulfill requests to include a personalized note with your order or pass along special delivery instructions. However, please use the space to raise any questions or concerns you had about the product, your shopping experience, or other order-related matters so that we can follow up with you.
