At Eternal Life Christian Book Store, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase because we value your customer satisfaction. However, we do reserve the right to refuse returns or issue refunds when the following conditions are not met.
If you would like to return a product to us, please email us directly at customerservice@eternallifechristianbooks.com. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and reason for the return. In turn, we will then issue you a return authorization number with return instructions via email.
We will accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within (14) days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in unopened condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping and arrange for their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted you have the choice of:
a) refund to your payment method
b) a refund in-store credit
We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Eternal Life Christian Book Store will refund the value of the goods but will NOT refund the cost of any shipping paid.
If you would like to exchange a product to us, please email us directly at customerservice@eternallifechristianbooks.com. All you need to tell us is which item to exchange, reason for exchange, and item you wish to replace. In turn, we will then issue you a return authorization number with return instructions via email.
You can return your product for an exchange within (30 days) of it being delivered to you in new, unused, and re-sellable condition with receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges will be done at the customer’s expense.
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, email us directly at customerservice@eternallifechristianbooks.com with item name and reason. If we require the item to be returned to us, we then will incur the cost of the return with relevant return information to you including a prepaid label via email.
All items packaged in bundles, sets, and cases are not returnable items unless all are defective or damaged during delivery. In the unlikely event, we will replace the damaged and/or defective item(s).
Please note that DVDs and Blu-rays that has been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed will not be eligible for return or exchanged.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the individual circumstances of each case, including but not limited to the condition of returned items, time elapsed since purchase, and reason for return.
To request a refund, please contact us at customerservice@eternallifechristianbooks.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

When all conditions have been met per our policy, we will process your refund, replacement, and/or store credit as soon as we receive your item. Replacements are subject to availability and, if not available, a refund will be given instead upon request.
We strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for all our customers. However, it is essential that complete and accurate shipping information is provided at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address (e.g., missing apartment/unit number, incorrect street name, etc.), the carrier is unable to complete the delivery. In such cases, the shipment will be considered a failed delivery, and we will not be able to refund the shipping fee.
